Payment
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the professional's shop who will welcome you to the club and take payment for the remainder of your balance.

Cancellation Policy
You should cancel your booking by phone or email. If you cancel your booking less than 1 month before your date of play, you will lose your deposit. If you fail to cancel your booking within 1 month of the date booked you will not receive any refund.

Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered a new date in the same year or year after. If no suitable dates are agreed a full refund of your deposit will be given, dates subject to availability.

Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you an offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
Handicap certificates are not required for general play, however you are expected to handle the challenges that an established 18 hole private course can offer at golfers and keep up with the pace of play. It should not take longer than 4 hours to play our 18 holes.

Dress Code
On the Course
All golfers are required to wear smart recognised golf clothing and proper golf shoes.  Tailored shorts must be tailored and worn with white socks. Metal or Soft Spikes are permitted – if its damp, please take care as some areas of the course will be slippery.
In the Clubhouse
The Club regards certain items of clothing as unacceptable; these include:
•    Sportswear, other than for golf, eg rugby or football shirts, tracksuits; 
•    Outdoor clothing, such as waterproofs, anoraks, caps; 
•    Any form of ripped, frayed or "distressed" clothing; 
•    Collarless tee shirts, beachwear or flip flops
